ABOUT THE AVETT BROTHERS

The band from Concord, North Carolina emerged in 2000. Brothers Scott and Seth Avett with members Bob Crawford and Joe Kwon achieved great commercial success in 2009 upon the release of their major label debut, I and Love and You. The album, released through American Recordings entered the Billboard 200 peaking at number 16 and topped the Folk chart. Since this triumphant breakthrough, the band continued to make waves on the Billboard chart and earn a vast amount of streams. Their follow up albums also performed impressively on the folk chart with Magpie and Dandelion and True Sadness earning its way to the top. 

ABOUT MIKE PATTON

Mike Patton rose to stardom in 1989 when he and his band Faith No More released their third album, The Real Thing. The effort broke into the Billboard 200 chart, peaking at number 11, serving as the band’s entry into the mainstream scene with hits like “Epic” and “Falling to Pieces.” Patton had an impressive career with the band, releasing a total of seven impressive studio albums with the band. During the 90s, Patton also pursued some incredible side projects with Mr. Bungle and as a solo artist. This paved a way for Patton to have an outlet for his experimental rock tendencies, shelling out iconic titles like “Quote Unquote,” and many more.
